We at Occoquan Animal Hospital recognize our vital role in the community and are committed to doing our best to continue to serve you and your pets. In order to do that, we must stay healthy. Thank you for doing your part to help achieve that common goal.
As many of you are aware, we have instituted a new “curb side policy”. If you are planning a visit, please do your best to wear a protective mask to help ensure the safety of other patrons and staff. We are asking that clients knock at our door and wait until a receptionist can check you in. After checking in please wait in your car and we will alert you when its your turn. While outside, please be mindful to keep 6 feet distance between other patrons and their pets as well. As we may be asked to implement further restrictions, we thank you for your patience, and will do our best to keep you informed of changing protocols. Please click here to learn about our clinic protocol.
In an attempt to decrease traffic through the clinic during the outbreak of Covid-19, we are requesting that routine visits(i.e. nail trims, wellness and vaccine updates for pets over 3 years of age) be postponed. We are still open for necessary/sick visits/rabies vaccines. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions please reach out to us via phone or email.
It is essential that should you be sick or experiencing respiratory symptoms that you do not come to the office. Continue practicing sanitary behaviors that have hopefully become common place, including washing hands after handling your pets. You and your pets are like family to us, and we wish only the best for everyone.
